If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, My wshurt is happy to offer you an exchange or a refund to your original method of payment. To organise a return please email  to obtain an #RA number.

Please note we do not offer return: refund or exchange for Sale Items purchased with a further discount code.

 Returns must be organised and shipped back postmarked within 7 business days of delivery.

 Full Price items purchased with a coupon code may be returned for online credit or refund.

 Sale items cannot be returned.

 Once received, please allow 5 business days for processing of returns through the online store.

Exchange

Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return. 

My wshurt does not cover the cost of return shipping. You may choose regular or express shipping methods. We suggest your return is trackable as we can only process returns on items that have been received.
